Delays/Lost/Stolen Packages: Montega's Boutique will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather, holidays, pandemics ETC. Once your order has been received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information list your package as received and you have not received it, please contact your local United States Postal Service or call USPS at 1-800-222-1811. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Local Pickup: Local Pick-Up is available Monday-Thursday 11am-4pm & Fridays 12pm-5pm. Hours are subject to change. Orders are available for Pick-Up at Colonial Park Mall inside of J.Lonae Extensions store. PLEASE NOTE: If you placed an order and paid for shipping you order will be shipped, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fraud Alert Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. However, Montega's Boutique has zero tolerance for credit card fraud (scammers) and theft of our products. All orders go through a rigorous fraud check. Montega's Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order that is flagged as fraudulent. We ask that you keep billing address and shipping address the same. If your billing and shipping address does not match your payment WILL NOT process. Please have your order shipped to a physical address, as we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
